Authorities are investigating what appears to be a murder-suicide in Juniata County.  The incident occurred in the early morning hours Wednesday on Laurel Rock Lane in Fermanagh Township.  State Police say a domestic dispute ended with two people dead.  The deceased include Tammy Lynn Dorward and David Jay Britcher of Mifflintown.  Britcher died at Geisinger-Lewistown […]
