NEW TRAVEL RESTRICTIONS ON THOSE TRAVELING FROM SIX NATIONS WILL GO INTO EFFECT AT 8 O’CLOCK THIS EVENING. THE SUPREME COURT REINSTATED PORTIONS OF THE TRAVEL RESTRICTIONS SOUGHT BY THE TRUMP ADMINISTRATION.

WITH PENNSYLVANIA’S NEW FISCAL YEAR JUST A COUPLE DAYS AWAY IT APPEARS AS THOUGH IT’S GOING TO BE TOUGH TO HAVE A NEW SPENDING PLAN IN PLACE IN TIME. THE 2017-18 STATE BUDGET LOOKS TO BE IN THE NEIGHBORHOOD OF 31.9 BILLION DOLLARS.

IF YOU CALL 9-1-1 IN FULTON COUNTY THE CALL IS NOW BEING ANSWERED BY PERSONNEL AT THE BEDFORD COUNTY 9-1-1 CENTER. THAT CHANGE COMES AFTER 18-YEARS OF THE CUMBERLAND COUNTY CENTER HANDLING THE DISPATCHING DUTIES FOR FULTON COUNTY.

PENN STATE IS RANKED NUMBER 6 IN THE PUBLIC COLLEGES AND UNIVERSITIES. THAT RANKING IS OF THE PAY RECEIVED BY IT’S PRESIDENT ERIC BARRON. ACCORDING TO THE CHRONICLE OF HIGHER EDUCATION BARRON EARNED A LITTLE OVER 1-MILLION DOLLARS IN FISCAL 2016 WHICH PLACED HIM AT NUMBER 6 ON THE LIST.
