Blair Memorial Hospital, along with other national, state and community organizations, is leading the effort to highlight the importance of advance healthcare decision-making.  The move has culminated in the formal designation of April 16th as National Healthcare Decisions Day (NHDD).  J.C. Blair is providing information and tools for discussion with family, friends and healthcare providers.  Information is also available for executing written advance directives, such as healthcare power of attorney and living wills, in accordance with Pennsylvania laws.   For more information about National Healthcare Decision Day, visit www.nhdd.org.
